Immediate Open Toe Sleeve – “Quick Start” Design
This pressure-activated sleeve opens immediately once the preset internal pressure is reached. Often referred to as a “Quick Start” option, it allows rapid injection into the lateral without the use of TCP or wireline. Designed for operators seeking simplicity and speed, this system enables fast stage one initiation with no downtime.

Delayed Open Toe Sleeve – Time-Controlled Actuation
This toe sleeve includes a sealed internal fluid chamber and integrated pressure disc, delaying the opening by either 30 minutes or 1 hour. The delay provides operational flexibility — allowing time for displacement, crew staging, or pressure stabilization before stage one begins. It’s ideal for wells requiring staggered starts or precise frac timing without intervention.

Wet Shoe Sub
The Frontier Wet Shoe Sub is a dependable, no-frills option that allows initial casing pressure tests before frac initiation.
